We located in Vilassar de Mar, a little village on the Spanish coast, 30 Kms north of Barcelona: The region is lively, active and modern, and well located to make communication easier. We have more than 20 years of experience as manufacturers of injected plastic components and accessories for nautical sports. We started in the surfing and windsurfing business many years ago, gradually introducing into the kayak market over the pas few years. The first idea was to develop a water-tight system of fixation for Sit-On-Top kayak accessories in order to solve the problem of seepage derived from the use of standard pop nails. We developed some brass inserts extremely resistant to the pull traction but also 100% water-tight for polyethylene rotomoulded kayaks. In order to compensate for the increase in price that our new system implied, we designed a complete range of deck fittings allowing kayak producers to modernize their kayaks and kayak production lines gaining on cost and quality in the long run. Our Loop deck fitting and our Hide webbing deck fittings appeared, providing aesthetic and cost benefits thank to the time saved on man-time in the assembly lines. With the years our objective has become to provide an integral service with a complete range of products to satisfy all the needs in accessories and components for kayak producers.
